61 Rotana Front Office/Finance Efficiency & Sustainability Programme The programme focuses on identifying administrative and control processes done at the Front Desk, reviewing and redesigning it to enhance the efficiency of the Front Office, especially with the development of technology and to reduce significantly paper as well as improving service times through the “Printing portfolio and bills programme”. By implementing this initiative, no check out folios are printed for departures unless requested by the guests. The Hala Arjaan hotel in Abu Dhabi has cut its paper consumption by 50% by implementing this initiative.
